Events & Booking Policy
Booking your place at an EverJoy celebration is simple. Select your time, confirm your details, and make your payment to secure your spot.
Cancellations can be made up to 7 days before the event for a full refund. If you cancel within 7 days, we will provide a credit towards another EverJoy event. If we cancel an event due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or a rescheduled date.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an event cannot go ahead due to circumstances beyond our control such as extreme weather, we will provide either a refund or a rescheduled option.
