1. Who is EverJoy?
EverJoy is an Australian business that celebrates life’s moments in style. We provide unique decorations, gifts, and experiences for cultural festivals, holidays, and special occasions.
2. Do you only sell Christmas items?
No, Christmas is just the beginning. We also celebrate Easter, New Year’s, Eid, Diwali, cultural festivals, and many more occasions. Our collection grows with the seasons.
3. Where are your products shipped from?
Some items are sent directly from our trusted suppliers (dropshipping), while others come from within Australia. This allows us to offer a wider range of unique products. Don’t worry — all orders are managed by EverJoy and your rights under Australian law are always with us.
4. How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are packed within 2–3 business days. Delivery times depend on where you live and whether your order is shipped locally or by one of our suppliers. We’ll always provide tracking where available so you can follow your parcel.
5. What happens if my order is delayed or lost?
While delivery times are estimates only, if your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us. We’ll work with the carrier or supplier to resolve the issue quickly.
6. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. If you simply change your mind, we can offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.
7. What items cannot be returned?
Personalised products and event tickets are non-refundable unless required by law.
8. Do you ship outside of Australia?
At this stage, EverJoy focuses on shipping within Australia. If you are overseas and interested in our products, contact us and we’ll see if we can help.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Afterpay (where available). All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.
10. Will my financial details be safe?
Yes. EverJoy uses SSL encryption and secure gateways for all transactions. We do not store your full credit card details, and we never share your financial information with suppliers or carriers.
11. Can I book an event with EverJoy?
Yes. For our events, simply choose your date, confirm your details, and complete payment. Your spot will then be reserved.
12. What if I need to cancel an event booking?
If you cancel up to 7 days before the event, you’ll receive a full refund. If you cancel within 7 days, we’ll provide a credit towards another EverJoy event. If we cancel the event, you’ll receive a full refund or a reschedule option.
